- Orders placed before 2:00 pm, Monday – Friday, excluding holidays will typically ship the same day but may be delayed as long as 24 – 48 hours depending on order. If you have a rush order please notify Customer Service or your Sales Representative and we’ll do our best to ship it as soon as possible. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and method of shipment. We currently offer 3 methods of shipment, United States Postal Service, UPS and Common Carrier. See the final page of this catalog for estimated shipping times for UPS shipments.

- We respect your right to privacy and do not sell, rent or lease your personal or company information. We make our best efforts on providing you with a secure shopping experience and recommend you do the same. Please make sure to apply all needed security patches from your Operating System vendor and make sure to use a modern web browser. We recommend Firefox for best results.
- Returns & Replacements
- We're glad to accept your returned goods. Please contact our customer service department for a RMA number which must accompany all returns. If you paid with a credit card, paypal or other electronic means we'll gladly credit your account back once we've received the RMA and processed it. If you paid by check we'll gladly send you a return check once we've received your RMA and proceeded it. Normal processing time is 5 - 7 days plus whatever time is needed for your bank or financial institution to process your refund.

Credit card payments may be made via our web-site (www.jespro.com) for orders placed online. For mail and phone orders, please contact our customer service department with your account number and order number to make a payment over the phone. Note, all prices displayed on our website are in good faith. Prices which are displayed incorrectly due to technical or human error will be corrected and any affected orders may be modified, changed or canceled at our discretion. Quantities are limited on some items.
Note, delivery times are estimated and may be significantly longer depending on UPS shipping volume. Shipping time estimates do not include processing time for your order which may be 24 – 48 hours. Out of stock items ship separately from in-stock items and may take longer than 24– 48 hours to ship. We’ll let you know if any-thing is out of stock.
